About Kirin

Kirin is a mythical and auspicious creature in East Asian culture, often regarded as the protector of animals.

One of the reasons Kirin Inc. was founded was because of my cat, Knight.

In 2022, Knight became very ill, exhibiting a poor appetite. When I searched for suitable food for him in the Philippine market, I found very few brand options, and many products were often out of stock. I had no choice but to import them from abroad myself.

After a year of market research, I decided to establish Kirin, specializing in the importation of high-quality pet food. The health of pets often begins with their diet. Unfortunately, many new pet parents do not understand which foods are healthy and suitable for their fur babies and often choose familiar brands from supermarket shelves without knowing what’s really inside. In addition to providing high-quality pet food, Kirin also aims to offer guidance to new pet parents on selecting the right food for their fur babies.
